Found a Bishop #2 saw w/homemade tote

This saw was given to me by our pastor last night. Someone reworked the tote, and did a very nice job of it. They must have been a leather worker as well from the design on the tote. They only used two bolts of the four bolt pattern, and the medallion is on the wrong side. If anyone has a picture of a proper Bishop #2 please send me a picture. It is amazing people will make do, with what they have. To me this is great and I am tickled to have it.

The tote for this saw has the number A110 stamped in it near the notch on top. It Also has S.C. U.S.A. stamped into the handle on the right hand side opposite the art work.
Does anyone know anything about this saw?
To me it is to factory to be homemade.

The plate has four holes.
I was afraid of ruining it by drilling the other two.
I'll probably turn the medallion around as well.
