here is my problem

I transformed a US ARMY Ranger logo so I can engrave it. I decided to do a project just to see if all my work worked. I decided to engrave a piece of acrylic, the size was 30mmx30mm. Then i decided that I would cut the engraving out to hang on a key ring. So I drew a circle sized 45X45mm. I placed the circle around the graphic

I set the graphic just below center so that the 6mm circle at the top would be about 1 mm off the graphic. I checked my object manager to make sure the graphic would engrave then the cut.

THE PROBLEM

__cut line__O_______| so if you pretend that is a circle with a black Ranger graphic in the Middle
|_Graphic_______|
|_graphic_______ | On screed the RED circle is exactly where I put it as is the graphic.

But when I send it to the laser the Cut Line is way off, after the engraving was finished and the cutting began, it began about midway down the graphic. That is where the cut line is starting. WHAT am I am missing?

I tried to watch it, but he moves so s l o w kind of like watching paint dry.

And what Roy wants to do is center his text and logo inside a circle and do that first as an engraving/raster and then Vector cut out his circle design from I am assuming acrylic plastic. I have never had that problem, but I am assuming its in the setup of his LaserCut / LaserDraw or machine program. Roy does that program see your red as a vector or cutting function?
Roy if you can save your file from Corel Draw as a JPG you can post it here
