What to use to finish cabinet carcasses?

I built 6 cabinet carcasses for my new shop. I am strongly considering driving the 180 mile round trip tomorrow to pick up the Harbor Freight HVLP system. What would you recommend that I use to finish the cabinets. I just want the natural finish, no stain. Thanks

I shellac all my shop fixtures except those that are work surfaces, those get BLO. This has worked very well in sunny SoCal. I would not spray shellac unless you are setup for it safety-wise. Very flammable.
