If you're not doing anything Friday evening, August 19, from 6:30 - 8:30 Pm, there's a swap meet at the Woodcraft Store in Peoria, Illinois.
Saturday, Dick Sing and Dick Coers (low 48), both distinguished authors and Pen Turners will be giving FREE demonstrations on pen turning. If you're anywhere close to Peoria and can afford the time, this is a DO NOT MISS!
Demo Schedule:
10:00 AM - American Slimline Style Pen
11:oo AM - Laser Engraving Pens
12 Noon - Free lunch.................That's right "A FREE LUNCH"
1:00 PM - Cigar Pen
2:30 PM - Alternate Pen Materials
4:00 PM - Laminate Pens
Bring a Pen to donate to "The Freedon Pen Program!"
I also believe that woodcraft is giving discounts on pen turning stuff both days!
