additional equipment?

Thank you for clicking on my question. I read a number of post that discuss measuring wattage and power. I am new to this laser stuff. If I want/need to measure my tube, or power supply etcetera, what piece of equipment do I need?

I appreciate your help. Maybe some day i will have a legitimate answer for you.
