Chuck / Jaws application

The attached pics are of my Barracuda chuck, I use these jaws for expanding into a 3/4" hole (minimum dimension jaws allow) during my Ornament making process ..... I'd like to find a method so I can start with a 1/2" hole. Then I can use 3/4" material for the finials.

Any recommendations on chucks or jaw options? Pin chuck?

That's exactly what I needed, I actually already own the original Beall Collet set which will hold this new expanding tool.
