Dayton 8' jointer

Does anyone have a Dayton 8" jointer? I am trying to find out who made them so I can get a helical head put in it. Thanks

Got a picture? When I hear of Dayton I think Grainger, who is a distributor of industrial supplies and equipment, not a manufacturer.

Don, I've read somewhere that Dayton was connected with Shopmaster. Not sure if that's the case here or not....

They probably had machines produced overseas to their specs and put their motors in them.
