Grizzly G0771 Owners Please Comment

I would like to hear from people who own the Grizzly G0771. The good and bad. I need a saw for my garage shop but don't need another 3HP or bigger cabinet saw and this one looks like it will work but have several saws in mind.

I have it and like it. There was a recall recently on the arbor shaft pulley that has been fixed. The fence could use replacing, but that's really the only complaint I have. Other than that, it works very well. The base is a little small for the mobile base that Grizzly sells. I currently have some wood shimming it, but will be cutting down the rails shortly to fit properly.
