Has anybody cut any oracal vinyl and if so can you give me the settings that were used. I have a Hurricane 60w. Thanks in advance!

Shouldn't be cutting that, it contains PVC.

I have cut a lot of it, on the plotter. As Scott said, vinyl is PVC and dangerous to your health and the laser as it releases toxic and corrosive gases.

There are some vinyls out there that don't have PVC search them out if you plan on doing quite a bit....

We cut a lot of decals ourselves, but we use a plotter to do it, not the laser.
