Just finished putting new tires on my new (to me) Jet 14" Gold Series bandsaw. Picked it up for a song; my ten year old Delta Shopmaster 9" bandsaw and $150. The guy I bought it from would have been tickled pink with $100 but I didn't want to take further advantage of him, especially since he's my preacher.
I know, no pics, didn't happen. Here 'tis.

You should have held his feet to the fire. He has to forgive you.

Congrat's Joe. I've had that same bandsaw for quite awhile now, with a few upgrades through the years.

It's a nice machine. Enjoy it ;)

Guys...thanks for your compliments. Really looking forward to using it. And now for the rest of the story. He (my preacher) bought that bandsaw, a 3hp Craftsman contractor saw, a Delta Shopmaster table top drill press, and an Incra miter gauge all for $160. So he got most of his money back and still has the table saw, drill press, and miter gauge.

Yours is a worthy gloat for sure. But...what the Pastor got for $10 is the stuff of legends!!

His karma payed off. Congrats to you too. Everyone is happy and that made the gloats a success!
