Not sure how I feel about the cordless track saw. IMO, the dust extraction is a key feature. No point in cordless if my vac I'd a few feet away. Then again outdoor work does lessen the need for dust extraction.

I don't see too many Festool's on the job sites. Although, I am in commercial/industrial construction. Seems like most of the residential framers I know use their worm drives on site in favor of the track saws (without dust extraction of course). So, I tend to agree, I don't see much call for a cordless track saw without dust collection.
