My first “knitting bowl” made from an old Black Cherry bowl.

I made this “Knitting bowl” for a good friend of ours, it keeps the knitting yarn ball from rolling all over the floor and attracting the cat’s attention on top of that :D

So an old higher walled bowl that wasn’t my best one from years ago, with some flaws in the wood was choosen to do the job.

Returned and sanded it, then one coat of Polymerized Tung oil, polished plus Carnauba wax to make it very smooth and there it was ready to be used.
