Used https://touchmote.codeplex.com/ to connect a Wii Remote to my Windows 8 machine and use it as a pendant for jogging.

A bit limited by Carbide Motion’s keyboard support, hoping to do better w/ bCNC.

Was curious what everyone’s favourite CNC controller features looked like and how they functioned / are used.

Yes. It should work w/ any CNC control program which makes use of keypresses though — it’s just that the Carbide Motion Machine Control Software had keyboard commands which pretty naturally mapped to the Wii Remote’s button layout.

I run a USB wired keypad from KRS. I had a Logitech F710 wireless gamepad set up but I had inconsistent problems with it. So far the KRS has been rock solid and controls most of the common machine functions.

I am sort of a caveman so I run mine from a wireless keyboard.
