... for the leaky garden room.
I found an awesome deal today on a Delmhorst J4 moisture meter. Got a new one for $130 plus s/h. I decided this would be a great way to make sure the garden room gets fixed properly. I plan on using the garden hose to spray the windows and create leaks. Then I can check the paneling for moisture content. I will be able to record the moisture content for dry and wet wood around the room. After this is done, I will get a contrctor to fix it after sharing my data with him or her. I want to ensure this gets fixed right the first time.
