Just picked up an E. C. Stearns hollow tenon device for use with the bit brace. Cleaning up as I write.
The tool iron/cutter was replaced with a cutter made from a file. DUH!
Two things.
Does a vid about the use of the device exist?
Anywhere to find a replacement iron/cutter?
Other than the cutter, the tool is in pretty good shape, and I want to be sure that I know how to properly use it.
