Squaring the X and Y axis

I found a thread (several years old), relative to laser beam alignment, that included a response from Walter Hofmann in which he inquired if this was the correct thread to include photos showing how to square the X to the Y axis of a laser.

I have not been able to find another response from Mr. Hofmann that included those photos. Does anyone remember if the photos were ever available, if the photos are still on the forum and where they are located on the forum?

Squaring the X/Y or rather doing your beam alignment is probably going to dependent on your machine. For the Universal Laser Systems, here is a good source for those questions

there are manuals for the beam alignment, and ruler alignments and a lot more. Some of the same materials may apply to other machines. cheers!
