Opinions on Powermatic 45

It looks like the most recent post on asking about the value of a Powermatic 45 is five years old. How does this machine compare to the modern (new) Grizzly's? What would you consider to be a fair price for one of these in good condition?

Yup, perhaps you could ask a mod to move it to the turning forum or general/ power tools forum? The 45 is a quality machine usually eclipsed by the 90, but very capable. Mostly spindle turning. I've seen these in the $400-$700 range.
