Anyone seen Last Supper intarsia plans?

One of my coworkers has asked me about a carved or intarsia version of the Last Supper by Da Vinci. Carving is out of the question as I haven't the experience to tackle something that complicated. That certainly is not to say that the intarsia version would be simple! I have one intarsia book but it doesn't have anything. Anybody ever come across it? TIA
