32" lazy suzan plywood or solid wood?

I am making a kidney shaped lazy Suzan for a kitchencabinet. Will be lower base corner cabinet with pivot mounted to a shelf withwooden lazy Suzan mounted to the pivot. Am going back and forth on oak plywood withbanding or solid oak. Like to use solid oak but worry it will warp. shelf will have metal ring mounted to it to keep stuff from sliding off.

Any suggestions appreciated

I'm a fan of hardwood ply for shelving. I'm unclear about the metal ring and the banding. Will you need both ? If the metal wouldn't cover the edges I would opt for hardwood edging instead of plastic. ..Strictly my 2¢.

If you properly prepare the solid wood - flat and straight, and finished all faces and edges - it will be fine.
3/4" plywood loaded up will potentially warp too so I encourage you to do as you prefer.

Is the cab reasonably dry, or next to the dishwasher?

Steam heating and plywood can cause some dimensional changes.
Most cabs resist that by having the frame take some load.

This will be free to move, of course.
