Inkscape, When I Import a file from corel The results are at 80% scale

Inkscape is getting more popular and I have everything working good except when I import any file type I save from corel X5 into Inkscape. I am not sure if its on the corel end or the Inkscape end but it comes up at 80% original size. It does not say 80% in the size window but a 400mm square gets turned into a 320mm square etc.

Are they both set to Inches or Metric, either way the same scale.
