Looks like the Delta 36-505X X5 Contractors Saw with Unifence which came out in 2003.

I had a similar delta 2000 series, it was a nice little saw, did everything I asked it 2, cut 2+ inch thick maple never gave me any problem, I think I sold mine for 300-350, but I believe mine had more cast iron to the left of the blade. and a nicer mobile base.

Have a buddy who has a Delta contractor saw, no where near the quality of a unisaw.

Seems a bit high for a decade old contractor saw. If it had a very nice fence I would adjust that thinking but, few contractor saw come with very nice fences. A little more research is in order. You don't say where you are and there is more than one "twin cities" area but, around here that saw wouldn't be going anywhere fast at that price so I see no urgency.
