What's a good place for drawer slides and hinges and knobs?

Worth setting up an online account with Hafele. http://www.hafele.com/th/en/products/97.asp

You don't need to buy much, just log in to get good pricing. They have the greatest assortment of cabinet and architectural hardware - conventional and state of the art including: Blum slides and a variety of euro and butt hinges, pulls and knobs. They also are a Festool dealer.

I'll echo Lee Valley and Hafele for hardware, and add this place for knobs - http://www.niceknobs.com/index.php

I buy my hinges and slides from A&H Turf, pulls and handles from whatever source has the look I want.

I've been using custom service hardware lately http://www.cshardware.com/

I sometimes use cabinetparts.com, topknobs.com, and others. I generally buy commodity type stuff so price is everything. Some of the sites mentioned above cater to higher end customers, generally not my deal.

I use HDL mostly, but as Eugene said, it's a wholesale source.

I use HGH Hardware Supply (http://www.hghhardware.com/), I usually phone in orders for local pickup but they'll ship.

For the basics..Baer supply, cshardware and hdl. Most require you open an account. Even before I buy from one of them I'll check ebay. There are several other sources for for more complex hardware..
