Just as an off chance has anyone had any experience with this product or something similar in a restaurant setting or a home setting

http://wobblytables.com/superlevel.htm

I am in the middle of refurbishing 32 tables in a restaurant and the owners have asked me if I can find a solution to the uneven tiled floor and the problem it causes with tables being wobbly when they get moved and I found the above link. The reason I ask is that I can't find a similar product in Australia and I don't want to import a huge amount of them to find they are not satisfactory. I suppose as a last resort I could import one set and see what happens but any help would be appreciated and short cut the exercise.

I have no experience with them, but it looks like they might be a good idea that doesn't perform well in practice. The weight of the table is going to compress the springs to some degree. The short leg is going to be compressed less than the others. When any additional weight is placed on that side of the table, I can see the table shifting, albeit more slowly than if there was just free air under the table. When that added weight is removed, the table will settle back to its original position, ergo, it still wobbles, but is less noticeable.

Since that I started the thread I have now found these and I am flabbergasted at the price in how cheap they are.....

The price is the same and they appear to be similar if not the same but one specifies a spring and one specifies a hydraulic cylinder.

You posted the same link twice Chris. Glad you found them. I think you wanted this for the second link.
