Turned Jewelry Book Recommendations

I'm giving thought to making some turned wooden jewelry, I have several buckets full of Koa scraps that I'd like to find a use for.

There are a handful of books on the skill available, anyone here have a recommendation or perhaps a used book(s) you'd like to sell?
