I use WatchThatPage (http://www.watchthatpage.com/) for this and I have the Spokeshave page as one of the 'watched items' so I know when Rob decides to sell them with V11 blades.

I'll try your link and compare the two. The one I use won't monitor pages that require credentials so maybe the other one will.
