I need to build an unheated garage for my fairground organ trailer. Thinking 16 x 32 ft with 12 ft tall door and min 12 ft overhear clearance inside. Just got back estimates for a stick built or panelized structure that have come in at $40 to $45,000 (With T111 siding, going to shingles or clapboards to match the house and barn is more. Vinyl siding is not an option.) This has me exploring other opportunities.

Does anyone here have experience with providers who work in New England, in particular the burbs west of Boston? I've been looking at companies like Morton, but also see plenty of pole barn companies on Google I've never heard of. I'd be delighted to have suggestions based on your experience.

The local rural electric provider puts out a monthly paper. They sell ads, and the ads are all pole building builders or steel building mfgrs. Do you get any such papers? Surprising good deals advertised. Of course this is Kansas.
