I was thinking about making an index card box (or two or three). I currently own a couple made of metal. Take a look at this one:

See that metal thing in the bottom? Anyone know where to purchase that hardware? Off hand, I could just run some dadoes in the sides and slide a board where I wanted it (say every 1 to 1/2 inch).
I am also amused by the curve cut in the top and bottom near the back where they meet. I assume that is done with a bandsaw (that I do not own), so I probably would not be incorporating that into my box design if I do this.
