Spotted this on another forum...a member there just received an automated email response to a planer issue which said:

Please note:

This email address is no longer in service.

Our offices are presently closed. Steel City Tool Works, LLC, will cease operations Tuesday, March 31st, 2015. For any questions regarding after sales service, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased your equipment.

For parts inquiries, please call 877-724-8665 beginning Wednesday, April 1st 2015.

Thank you.

I just tried their 800#, which has been disconnected.

I just bought the slow speed 8" bench grinder through Amazon. Free shipping...sweet. However it contained no owner's manual. I called Amazon and to make a long story short...I found out Steel City was OOB as of end of March. Their website is still up so I was able to download a .pdf of the manual. The parts phone number (as shown above) is the same as in their web site. Hope I have no problems as I will probably be screwed.
