Toddlers playhouse plans

My wife is threatening to spend a lot of money on a kids playhouse for 2 to 5 year old's. I was thinking this would be a good thing to laser cut out of some plywood, you could engrave some features onto the external walls too.

Has someone already done this? Are there any plans that are available? I'm just mulling the idea over right now.
