H C Marsh planes

hey everyone I'm mainly a lurker but to day I have a question. my brother inlaw was cleening out his basement today and found some old planes, H C March & co. He brought over a no.2 which I am interested in and said he has three or four more larger ones not sure what sizes though.anyone have any ideas what they would be worth. no. 2 is in pretty good shapes light pitting knob & tote no cracks can't find my camera or I'd post pics {14 year old daughter}

Depends on condition (as well as size) - but you could be looking at a few hundred each....

Don't sell 'em without lots of research!

One-an "M2 Smoothing plane" with a repaired tote, j ust sold for $393 on ebay-auction closed 8/4. I'm not sure whether the prohibition here on links to ebay auctions applies to closed sales, but I'll not take the chance. Search "marsh plane" in completed auctions or item number: 6197150700 and you'll find it.
