Crack repair tint with epoxy

I have some Mosers water soluable dye. I don't have any of the Trans. Dyes. In the powder form can this be mixed with epoxy?
I also have some leather dye.

Yes. Just about anything can be used to tint epoxy as long as there are no solvents involved. I find dry tints to be easier to mix in than liquid tints.
