Easy Wood parting tool insert falling out

I got an Easy Wood parting tool for Christmas, and have only used it 5 or 6 times. Each time I have to look through the shavings for the insert. I read instructions (finally) used the key to put pressure on it, but still it comes out at the end of the cut. It seems fine until then, kinda like it gets grabbed out at the last minute.
Probably something simple, any ideas??

When you insert the cutter make sure when you turn the installing key you push it all the way in till it seats. Hopefully that will do it.
