This week I built a giant shoe box! It is a copy of an Air Jordan shoe box, complete with product tag!


Material: MDF, Vinyl, Shipping Label


Joinery: Rabbits, Butt joints, glue, brads, screws


Finish: Black latex paint, vinyl decals, MSRP product label

Yonak, thanks for viewing/watching! This build was for a client. He collects Air Jordan Shoes and needed a dedicated place to put them!

Nice work though I think I'd be worried about those hinges in MDF and about the Nike trademark attorneys knocking on my door.

Thanks for watching Carl. I used extra long screws compared to the ones that come with the hinges. This should help with the hold. I am a little fish in a giant pond... they have bigger fish to fry.

Very cool! Mikey might like to see the picture especially when it is filled with shoes that provide him with a royalty :)

Plus the fact that it will hold sixteen pairs of their shoes!
