Not cutting right through 3mm MDF

G'day all,

Any help would be great

I have a Red Sale 1290 80 watts Laser cutter, Purchased 3/2013

cutting 3 mm MDF it has gone from a cutting, @ a speed of 26 mm per second, power of 55 clean through ,
From Monday of this week a speed of 18 mm per second, power of 85, and still have to run through the 2nd time to cut through the 3 mm MDF,

I have cleaned all mirrors and lens and the laser hits smack in the middle of the Mirrors

If all the mirrors and lens is clean and calibration is ok, then it sounds like the tube might be going out.

What Henri said. You got 2 years out of your tube, time for a new one, IF your 100% sure its not a mirror or lens problem. Be sure to check your lens and make sure its tight in the holder. I was having problems a couple weeks ago, alignment good and duh the lens was very loose, tightened and problem solved. What does you mA meter read?
