XiGrayDither Photoshop Plugin Request

I use the XiGrayDither plugin for Photoshop/Illustrator when doing my laser-engraved artwork, and their recent update broke my access. My license is good for unlimited use of all versions released one year from the purchase date, and it won't let me use 3.9...and of course, the guy's website doesn't offer any way to download previous versions. Really an amateur move.

Could someone who hasn't updated send me the 64-bit plugin, XiGrayDither_sp64.8bf? This is all legal, I have a license for this version, I just can't find it anywhere.

Have you emailed and asked the programmer if he can send it to you?
