For some of my non-woodworking hobbies I use a product called:
<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Plano STOPS RUST Premium VCI Technology INHIBITOR.
Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor. It comes both in an oil cloth, and a small plug which you can hang in an enclosed area.
I have used these products for non-woodworking metal (ferrous and non-ferrous) collectables, and have had great luck.
My question is, if used on woodworking tools, could these products cause
finishing problems?
Thanks,
Phil
