I have a super size Amana Super Rabbet and a few other bits that need to be sharpened. Any recommendations on where to send them? No one here locally does it. I am reluctant to take a diamond paddle to it for fear of screwing it up.

Whiteside has quick turnaround on their own bits. I don't know about other manufacturer's bits.

Take a fine stone and use it on the FACES of the cutters. If light reflects off the edges, it isn't done.

Knowing your location would get you better results. I'm on the left coast and so, use Snook's Saw out of Oregon.
