Wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction to acquire 10mm Lexan Margard.
I have a customer than need me to cut components from this material and there is no supplier locally.
It will be water jet cut, not laser.
I would like to import sheets pre cut so that there won't be a need to try and transport a 3 metre by 2 metre sheet.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Lexan really does not cut well on a laser. CNC and Water JET. Another option is to cut a wood template on the laser and then router the pieces if possible.

Lexan is made by Sabic now so I'd try the nearest distributor. Bayer plastics (Makralon) makes a similar product as might others. They are generally referred to 1AR or 2AR (2 is way more common here) as in 2 sides abrasion resistant.
