Hi All,
I'm interested in trying Alumamark, and was wondering if it vector cuts ok. I can't seem to find any information on the cutting of it. Thanks for the help...Bob Belt

Alumnamark is aluminum. It does not vector cut. (unless you have a high power laser.)

Bob,
You can't cut it with a CO2 laser, you can only engrave away the anodized surface.

Bob,
I've had good luck cutting it with a shear for straight edges. I've made a couple of oval signs with it and found my band saw to work well. I first vector the oval on the Alumnmark and then just cut to the line on the bandsaw. Then I final dress the edges on my disk sander. For the gold, I use Buff & Rubb Gold to touch up the edges.
Hope that helps
Pat.
