A service manager from Hammer called to ask about prior issues today. He spoke in a very polite tone and indicated he would attempt to solve a couple of minor unresolved issues. I was pleasantly surprised to get the follow-up call. He said Hammer/Felder have been diligently improving service for some time. Figured you could read some good news.

yes, I ail have a technician come to my home in 2 - 3 weeks to check my bandsaw if everything is correct.

This is good to hear. My experience as a customer has been they struggle mightily with both the sales and service function.
