Meistergram with Mercury Series Controller

Hi all,

I am using a Meistergram 1612 flatbed engraver with a mercury series controller & it seems not to hold its settings very well.

Occasionally during a job it loses its vertical setting & goes further down than what it has been set to.

Any ideas?

Hi Bill and welcome . . . you seem to have a pretty unique piece of equipment and I doubt you will find many users with this combo. There aren't many Meistergram engraver users here to start with. From my understanding you have a Meistergram engraving table upgraded with a third-party controller. Seems to me the place you need to go for help is the company that designed the Mercury controller (Frans Technology). Have you contacted them?
