I've posted before about this kit I bought at LV a couple of months ago. Just checked the manufacturers website and there is a new section called How-To. There is a long video about using insulating foam as a mold for vac-laminating there that is worth having a look at. Most of the videos are specific to there kit but the foam mold one is informative.
