Screen Font Size

I clicked the IE icon as usual moments ago and the font size has shrunk to about and 8. I use Windows 7. My wife was on just before me and had not troubles. Maybe the priest was right after all. How do I increase the font size back to readable?

Is the problem ONLY in IE?

If so <Control> + increases the size of everything and <Control> - makes it smaller. Firefox uses the same controls.

Also to add to Greg, if you have a wheel on your mouse you can hold the control key down and rotate the mouse to increase and decrease the font size.
This also works in all the browsers I have ever used and it also works in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook and the like.
There are a lot of programs out there that do the same thing, I use ACDSEE for photos and it will enlarge and reduce the image with the Ctrl and the mouse wheel.
