Jet JJP-12hh Outfeed Roller trouble

My rubber outfeed roller on my Jet JJP-12hh joiner/planer started to have large chunks of the cover come off. I have ordered a new roller and wonder if anyone has had to change one on their machine. I can't find instructions for changing one out and could use any help you all could come up with. I just can't seem to find a way into the machine to get to the bearings.

Have you called Jet's technical support? That'd be my first stop.

I did speak with them and they have no information on changing out the outfeed roller. They don't have much on changing out the cutter head either. I thought that might be close enough to get into the right area but not much help there. I am kind of on my own here. They suggested replacing the bearing but the parts list does not show bearings. Instead it lists bushings,
This is going to be a fun project I think.
