Grizzly G0504 resaw

We are looking at buying this bad boy some day....

Anyone up here happen to have one, or ran one?
Looks like it can resaw a minimum thickness of 1/4".
We product a lot of 1/8" material, so we like to resaw between .125 and .25, and then sand to the final 1/8".

Anyone have any idea if we could either lower the blade a tad, or raise the bed a smiggin' ?

I guess we could always slice from the top of the board, and have a 1/4" slice, as our leftover....
