Need Help

I Have a Excalibur EX21 scroll saw 3-4 years old. A LH Thread screw adjustment broke on the top control
arm. I have not been able to find a repair shop anywhere. Have emailed General and left messages, but no response. Does anyone know a repair shop for excalibur. Am located Northwest Pa. Not sure how to take apart myself.:confused:

You could try Seyco (http://www.seyco.com/PartsPage.html). They have some parts or might point you in the right direction

Thanks guys, will try and get someone to help send Pic if I cannot get help. Did finaly get to talk to general, they had me call Ray at Seyco, he will talk to general and call me back. Thanks again guys
