I am using a Shenhui 4'x4' 80w laser cutter, running it off of Laserworks V6 (aka RDcam). My workflow is to prepare the file in photoshop at the exact canvas size I need to engrave, then save a 24 bit bmp. For the majority of files this process works fine, however for larger jobs in the 2' to 3' range, or high DPI images the following error occurs.

Laserworks will report "No Data" and be unable to import the .bmp The largest file size I have been able to engrave is about 8000 pixels by 4000. I end up lowering the DPI down until Laserworks can accept the file.

I would like to know if this is also your experience when engraving large files. Specifically, have you been able to engrave at higher resolutions, or develop a workaround? I would love to be able to rock a 3'x3' @ 600dpi which = 21,000 x 21,000 pixels.
