Today I went to use my 2 1/2" hole saw, I have had the small kit for almost 2 years but had never used the 2 1/2" hole saw.
This is what I had when I put it together, it had be drilled and tapped at an angle.

Called Dewalt and a very nice lady looked up the part number and had a new one shipped, no questions ask.
It is always nice to have good customer service
