So frustrating can't figure this out

Ok I have gone through ever one of my (files over 200) made sure they are read only and all layers are the same yada yada yada and all are designed. However if I have to cut an extra piece I will copy that item and paste it in a different file or a new file depends on room. What happens is it works perfect nothing changes from the original to one of the other existing files if I paste it in a new document bam problem... first I have a custom default for my colors and named specific to task however when I past it in to the new doc it changes only the red from "Red Etching (#FF0000) Hairline" to "R:219 G:0 B:0 (#DB0000) Hairline" Docs are setup default RGB new doc is set up I think the exact how ever something is off. Any ideas on what to check would be great.

Make sure your color management is turned off in the Tools or Options section (don't recall which one from memory).
