Have the little 'drum' set of the Suehiro dual stones that I really like. It's big brothers are expensive but I really enjoy what I have?

Do any of you stone gurus have any experience with any of their stones?

By the rush to answer I'll take it that nobody has an opinion on these stones.

I have one of the Suehiro Gokumyo stones and like it as a finishing stone. But I have only had it two weeks. It may be unnecessary for anything but a smoother. But I can say my chisels are sharp!

I've got a number of Suehiros and I like them. They've largely supplanted my Choseras, and the Gokumyo 20K is by far the best synthetic finisher I've found. There are complaints here and there about the stickiness of many of the "traditional series" stones, particularly when lapping. I've experienced this and it's a definite issue, but it's avoidable once you get the technique down.

I will have to try this 20k, Everett. Thanks for the heads-up.
